Human In Space

Space research stations on earth are working very hard to demonstrate the relation of humans in space, space technology, and how space science can be helpful for the people living on earth. Space is a complete mystery which humans are trying to resolve step by step and trying to find out if it can be helpful for future living in space. Till now, many humans have entered space. They are fully prepared, taught, and trained for a space program as it’s not an easy job. To step into an environment, you have no idea about, have never visited before is a very tough and strong decision.

Space Stations

Different space stations have been made and are still in progress to learn about the biological esthetics, relations of space and earth, and how they can be beneficial. Astronauts do complete research before leaving a station from a home planet. space stations are now also made by the space crew and astronauts for a better space expedition.

A space research station (sometimes called a space station) is an orbital facility capable of supporting crew members, as well as scientific research. These research stations range in size from four-person stations like Russia’s Mir, to large research complexes like NASA’s International Space Station and China’s Tiangong-2. Many of these facilities are large enough for a variety of interdependent tasks, such as biological experiments or materials science demonstrations.

What Happens with A Human Body in Space?

The gravity in space is almost zero. That’s why astronauts start floating in space. Due to low gravity, the body’s fluids start accumulating in the upper part of the body, which causes swelling on the face. Special space suits are designed to protect the humans in space. Oxygen cylinders are carried to meet up the oxygen needs. Humans cannot survive without a spacesuit in space. Without spacesuits in space, humans will die due to asphyxiation. Astronauts will either freeze or become paralyze because direct exposure of space to the human body will evaporate all the water out of the body, and lungs will require, so there is no chance to survive without a suit.

Due to the time dilation process, humans in the space age are slower than humans on earth. Their body goes through different mechanical processes with make a visible effect on humans. Time in space is very much different than time on earth. It is defined as curved.

If a proper and healthy diet is given to humans in space, they will lose muscle mass more easily instead of on earth. It’s due to low gravity. Space sickness also causes weight loss in Humans over there as it causes loss of appetite. Due to accumulated fluid in the upper region of the body, their nose gets stuff, so astronauts cannot smell and taste properly. To keep in form and to maintain a good weight, healthy eating is a must. And humans in space exercise 2 hours daily to keep their muscles in motion as there is no gravity.

How Long Can Humans Live in Space?

There are space stations where humans live day and night, all day working on space science, Specific measures are taken by humans who live for a long period in space, but it is not safe for forever living. The human body is designed to live under the gravitational pull, and space gives a harsh environment to humans. Bones are not needed in space to support the human body, so they lose the maintenance and bone tissue. Muscles become weak, and the immune system gets disturbed. The longer you stay in space, you’ll face more and more consequences. So humans are not safe in space for a long time.
